Goodbye 2013

Today we made fun New Years hats for the kids to wear! They loved making them, along with making a big mess. :) I hope you all have a safe and happy New Year!!

Almost a new year!

Today we only had four friends, so the kids had free centers. We made noise makers for art, the kids loved them! :)

Relaxing

Today was a  very relaxing day. I let the kids have free time today, and we made gingerbread houses! They loved it, especially since they were able to lick the frosting off, and then wash their hands. :)

The Polar Express

Today was a very laid back day. We had a movie day with popcorn and juice boxes! We watched T

he Polar Express, and the kids loved it! After the movie was over we played just dance which is always a hit. I will be gone until next Friday so I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and safe travels!

Santa Duck!

Today the entire class has been pretty goofy, with a lot of energy! We continued to talk about Christmas, and read the book Santa Duck. It was a huge hit! The kids loved it, so I put it as a listening center today. For art the kids were able to pick different coloring pages to color. It has been another great day in the Dancing Dolphins classroom! :)

Presents, presents, presents.

Today we continued talking about Christmas, and what the holiday is. For art we finished up our presents to our moms and dads. Overall it was a very laid back, quiet day. :)
