Animal Sounds!

Today we were able to watch a video with wild animals, and the sounds they make! The kids LOVED it, and kept telling me that they didn't know that animal sounded like that. :) For art today we used paper plates to make porcupines!

Can we have Wild Animals as pets?

Today we continued to talk about Wild Animals! The kids have so many questions, but also have a lot of knowledge with wild animals. They seem to really enjoy the centers this week also. Each time I have them clean up they ask for just 5 more minutes to play. For art today we made snakes, and as a cooking activity we made bird feeders! :)

Wild Animals!

Today we started our wild animals theme! The kids loved talking about what wild animals we have in Iowa, and what wild animals live in other parts of the world. For art today we made Hippo Puppets. :)
