Today we started talking about The 4th of July! We talked about why we celebrate the 4th, some fun things we do on the 4th, and what our favorite thing to do on the 4th is. For art today we made fireworks by smashing paint into paper.

Seahorses!
Today we started talking about Eric Carle! We talked about who he was, what he does, and some of his books that he wrote. For centers we have cloud mix in science, build your own Carle creation in blocks, puppets at dramatic play, fruit sorting in math, and for art today we made our own seahorses! :)
