Today we continued talking about how to be good friends to each other! All the kids said that they are good friends because they do not hit or punch or poke each other in the eye or bite or kick..the list goes on and on! :) I asked if they could say anything else good friends do and they said they use nice words to make them happy. For art today we I traced the kids on a piece of paper and had them get in groups of two and help their friends decorate them. Each child had their buddies outlined body and colored it like their friend. It was cute to watch them because they would give suggestions or just complement each other on how well they were doing.
This week for centers, building and dress up are the most popular! The kids love having the dress up out so they can put on difference outfits, use the pretend phones and wear the lovely shoes in the dress up! The boys especially love it because of the superhero costumes. Can't wait for another fun filler day tomorrow!!
